1. Shipping Costs

  • Free Global Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard International Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
  • Standard Rates: For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Since our products are shipped directly from our artisanal workshops in China, international shipping times may vary:

  • North America (USA, Canada): 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in destination countries.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Reyizon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages Reyizon is not liable for packages stated as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen. However, please contact us at info@reyizon.com for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
