1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all protective materials intact to ensure safe return shipping.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Important for Ceramic Products) Given the fragile nature of our products (Cigar Ashtrays, Coffee Utensils, Wine Sets), we take extra care in packaging. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@reyizon.com.
  • Evidence Required: Please attach clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the condition of the outer packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund immediately. We do not require you to return broken ceramic pieces to save you shipping costs, unless specifically requested.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Reyizon covers all shipping costs for replacing or refunding damaged/incorrect items.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., size, color, or change of mind), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected (if a return is required), we will send you an email to notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@reyizon.com.
